L322 battery issue fuse 62

Hi all, I have a battery issue with my 2011 4.4 TDV8. With all fuses in, I can read 0.87 amps, and every minute or so, I hear a clicking sound coming from behind the climate control panel, followed by an electric motor-like sound for a few seconds. At that point, the amps drop to 0.2 for a second, then go up to 2-3 amps, and then it returns to 0.87 after 30 seconds or so. If I remove fuse 62, the motor-like sound stops, but the clicking sound remains, and the amps start at 0.56 and go up to 0.9. I took all the fuses out one by one, but I couldn’t stop the clicking. Does anyone have any ideas I could try? Thanks.
