United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Java Black
This happened today.

This happened today, whilst the other half was using the vehicle.
Before I list the problems, last weekend I had the EGR valves mapped out by BAS and blanked them off.
Vehicle has run fine all week until this afternoon.
Got a phone call from the wife saying that Engine system fault came up on the dashboard.
Went to look at the vehicle and this is what I have found out.

VIN: SALLMAM237A******
L322 - Range Rover 2007
Vehicle scanned on 18-05-2018 13:59
Using IIDTool BT V3.0 B2535

What is happening, turn car off, start up and let idle, runs fine, no faults.
Accelerate 1800 to 2000 rpm and straight away comes up with the following faults on dashboard.
Engine system fault, Park brake fault, HDC fault, Transmission fault, limited gears only.
Engine goes into limp mode, but no engine error light on the dashboard.
Voltage is 13.5 volts on startup, plug in IID tool, no faults showing through the normal method of scanning for faults.
When I set the IID tool to look at pending faults it shows this:

ATCM-Terrain Response

It is as though it is loosing communication through the CAN system.
Will be having a closer look tomorrow, meanwhile, does anyone have any pointers please?

I'd be tempted to do a battery reset before anything else.

As you say it sounds like a communication error across various ecu's

Battery is 18 months old, AGM and a Land Rover one, has been faultless even through winter with the pre heat.
Will try a battery reset tomorrow and check all the connections that I removed when fitting the egr blanks.
I did a partial strip down of the inlet manifold to get to the egr valves, rather than everything in the way.
Strange that it has only shown up today after running perfectly all week.

Plug your charger overnight and try in the morning before you do battery disconnect.

Far from an expert but should you have an agm in a 3.6 ? Don't they need a higher charge than the 3.6 can give ? Again , I'm not an expert. 2015 4.4 AB

Sorted.
A simple thing, but another occurrence happened around 2 years ago when I had the top inlet manifold off to replace a leaking thermostat housing.
The fuel pressure rail sensor.
When I changed the thermostat housing I put all the parts back on the engine, connected all the sensors, plugs, etc, but somehow missed the fuel pressure rail sensor plug.
Had all sorts of issues (as above) until I found the "spare" plug.
Had a look at the fuel pressure rail sensor plug this morning and noticed a bit of green corrosion inside one of the plug contacts. Removed the contact from the plug and cleaned it up as well as I could. Checked the pins inside the sensor and gave them a fine emery clean. Squirted some electrical contact cleaner inside the sensor and the plug, connected back up, cleared the faults and all seems fine at the moment.
So it looks like a bad connection that took a week to show its self.
One of the faults pointed to this (P0194-27 (2E) Fuel rail pressure sensor intermittent) to be fair, but you would not think that it could manifest to numerous other faults like air suspension, park brake, etc.
