Oily green drip from undertray

Just happened to look under the front of the car this morning (was checking for coolant leaks having had to top up the expansion tank due to a check coolant level warning).

Anyways there was a drop of something on the centre of the undertray. Got some on my finger and it was a clean green/blue thin oily liquid. Will try and investigate further later, but any ideas? Power steering fluid perhaps? 2004 Vogue TD6 - Remapped Smile

The correct cold climate power steering fluid is a very bright almost luminous green colour. 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate
