L322 MY10-12 Fuse layout

Long time lurker but first time poster needing help please!
Looks like my car has the well-known and discussed FSR issue which is now at the point that the blower runs continually until the battery is flat. I cant charge it (connected) as the draw is higher than my charger will deliver. Jump leads get it all going again until I shut down and blower drains batt again! I can cope with this (just about!) but my wife cant!
Its booked in to get FSR replaced but in the mean-time I just want to disable the blower by pulling the fuse but where is it? All L322 info refers to F64 behind glovebox but this doesn't tally with my vehicle and I'm guessing the MY10-12 is different, perhaps more similar to L405 but I cannot find any info.
As an aside the LR main dealer where it is booked in refused to help saying it could make them liable if something went wrong. I pointed out that fuse replacement is in owners manual so presumably "safe" and I just needed a steer in the right direction but no joy. Any info will be much appreciated and no, I wont hold anyone liable!

Passenger compartment fuse 62 is for climate control, according to the MY10-12 owners manual that I downloaded from Topix some time ago.

Edit. The wiring schematic shows fuse 21 (40A) in the rear fuse panel supplies the front blower motor control.

Thanks Graeme, I'll have a look at F21 tonight.

There are indeed fuse diagrams on the fuse box lids but none of them appear to protect the blower. I have seen pictures of other L322 fuse boxes on-line showing F64 with a fan icon, but my fuse boxes don't have anything similar. F62 is A/C ECU and I have tried pulling that one out but no change, presumably because its not the ECU at fault but the FSR sending current straight to the blower. I haven't investigated the fuses in the engine area but will look at that tonight also. Thanks for the replies guys, much appreciated.

The owners manual does not show the existence of the large rear load-space fuses 21-23 but symbols are shown on the fuse layout diagram. I had previously assumed fuse 21 was for rear a/c but the wiring schematic shows that it is for the front blower.

Thanks Graeme, pulling F21 in the rear fuse panel has stopped the blower. Thumbs Up

Front Blower not working. FSR Ok

My Front Blower has stopped working on my 2012 RR 4.4. The rear blower works fine.
All the switch lights work ok, all other buttons work ok, but just no Front Fan in any combination of controls for Heat or AC.

I decided to follow the FSR route and replaced it today, but still no joy on the front fan.

I have tested Fuse 21 in the rear cubby and it’s fine.

I have also done the full battery off reset.

I still have the panels off for the FSR, so have turned the driver side fan blades with my finger tips. They turn, but it feels heavier than I thought it would be however I’m not sure what normal is though.

Any ideas how to test and diagnose further ?

Many thanks, -------------------------------------
