Have you got a couple of nuts of the same thread as the screw? You could try locking them together on the thread and then use a spanner on the lower nut to undo it - that often works. L322 TDV8 4.4 - current

It wasn't twisting at first. But eventually got it with the mole grips.

All sorted, well one half done. Found a pipe that cracked and came off when starting, breather hose. So replaced and working fine.
