I've won a set of 2010 door cards on eBay but just realised the trims that's next to the handles is missing - any ideas what the cheapest option here is? Cheers Current stable:

you will need to find a way to create some weakness in the new door card at the top as on pre 2007 vehicles the side impact airbag is attached to the door behind the door card above the arm rest, where as on post 2007 vehicles this was moved and built into the side of the front seats.

to allow for this, pre 2007 door cards are made from a cardboard type of composite material to allow the airbag to tear through when is is deployed where as the later door cards are made from solid plastic and won't allow the airbag to break through in an emergency.

When you say trim do you mean the speaker cover or below the arm rest where the wood insert goes?

Aren't all the speakers and things in a different place?

Also as mentioned, the Air Bags - in the event of deployment it's going to literally explode shrapnel into your car  

Bass speakers are in the same place, mids are in a slightly different place but same mounting, airbags already been mentioned.

TBH I have baby seats in the back so I should really disable those airbags anyway is there a proper way of doing it? Or just unplugging and leaving the light on? That's would sort half the problem... Current stable:

Just came across the thread. The rear doors don't have airbags built into them like the fronts.

If you do disable the airbags in the front doors you can install a resistor on each wire connection to tell the car that the airbags are still there even when not. Seems to be a common mod with sports cars etc. Tom
