LED globes

I have halogen globes and was thinking of putting in LED globes.

Has anyone done it and was it just plug and play as they ad says.

TIA

I have h7 leds in the headlamps. Yes I know they allegedly melt the road, blind babies and are a menace to everyone else on the planet, however, I find no issues with them, in fact I think they are great. The problem fitting them like all exterior LED`s on the L322 is the bulb out warning sends a 2volt pulse to test the bulbs, not such a problem for your number plate bulbs but you cant go round flashing everyone with your headlamps every few minutes. I overcame this by fitting relays and load resistors to each lamp to fool the system and stop the 2volts reaching the bulb. A bit of effort but worth it.
If you only travel in the city I would not bother but if you go bush they light up the road better than any hid I have been behind. 2007 TDV8 VSE
