Can someone tell me what these tie bar bushes are ie are they anti roll bar bushes track rod end ect cheers Steve

I would think they would be the outer tie rod ends from the steering rather than anti roll bar drop links. Easy check if you can get under the front. Turn he wheel out and have a look at the balljoint to see if its seeping or split. Also id advise getting the brkae pipes replaced too asap so they dont just go on you as its hard to see all of them so could be worse than they think. I just did my tie rods and if doing yourself would advise doing inner and outers as the bolts may well have seased on them! Current 2007 TDV8 Vogue Buckingham Blue

I believe that the steering component is called a track rod. The front suspension components is called the transverse link (corresponding to the front tie bar/ rod in your MOT document). See diagram from the L322 workshop manual.
