I’ve never used Lloyd’s but have been repeatedly unimpressed with Stratstone’s in every department.

Unless it’s brand new and you have to use them why pay extortionate md prices for repairs and service, I wouldn’t as the stamps don’t make a difference and a good independent are miles more competitive and cost friendly and usually more knowledgeable. After 35 yrs in car trade the expense they charge is shocking imo. _____________________________________________________

I would vouch for Team Valley Land Rover, they are an official Land Rover Service Centre without the showroom, so their labour rates are cheaper and they do a far better job than Stratstones in Newcastle or Lloyds in Carlisle which I have experience of both. You wont get a fancy LR courtesy car at TVLR but they do have a fleet of small Peugeots and Hondas which are fine for running about in for the day. If you don't want an official Land Rover stamp Mastora in Alnwick come highly recommended (and they even sponsor out Mountain Rescue Team) https://www.mastora.com/ That's my D4 on their homepage Cheers Ian

Thanks for the replies. It is not for normal work it is to get a recall sorted so will need to be a MD but still want it to be a good one. I will give Team Valley a call.

Our last RR had repeat service and maintenance work done @ Team Valley. They did a good job and staff were very helpful |

You could try Lloyds in Kelso, I've been using them (and earlier the firm they bought, Croall Bryson) since 2000 and am happy to continue. Only Range Rovers since 1988 |
