More than likely that is because of what car it is and they know it will sell regardless. To be honest, I don't buy cars without full dealer service history. I know it can be done cheaper elsewhere, and I work in a main dealer and do do some bits myself. My 05 SC has FLRSH from the supplying dealer from new and still goes to them for maintenance and service work. In reality, most customers looking to buy a 5.0 L405 from a dealer would not buy without dealer service history. Private buyers probably won't mind as much so try and get rid of it privately. cheers Alex 2018 Skoda Kodiaq vRS 2009 Caterham Supersport Race car 2007 M5 Touring 2005 Range Rover Vogue SE Supercharged 2004 SL55 AMG |

As above they are not aloud to sell it approved used if it does not have fully dealer history regardless of mileage. If it was due a service and was not main dealer done they will just trade it out. |

This is not correct. I know of an L405 that had multiple services done by an independent non LR specialist during its first 3 years from new. The documentation for the history was very thorough. It was then sold from an LR franchised garage with a 2 year approved used LR warranty. LR UK had no issues with it. |
