Sump issue

Evening all.. huge issue tonight.. did an oil change and whilst under there noticed a slight leak from the bolt adjacent to the sump drain bolt.. tried to torque it up and
Its sheared.. I presume the other half is in the sump still.. I could be wrong but is this the vapour pipe from the pcv to sump? Any help would be greatly received

Sorry it’s the oil return pipe from filter to sump banjo bolt that’s sheared ..
