TD6 Fuel Rail pressure

Can anyone advise if these figures on idle seem ok, Low-pressure side 4.10 high press 34000kpa.
Having an issue with running. Car starts first pull, idle is randomly a bit lumpy but seems to rev ok. Car drives but an intermittent loss of power under load, its never conked out though. Seems to me like fuel starvation, no smoke,
On BMW diagnostics there are errors but no codes but a figure of the high pressure.
High pressure rises with revs, low pressure goes up a little, Voltage is 14v, Manifold pressure rises with revs.
I have had the cover off the low-pressure fuel pump, it is not the original but I have no idea of age apart from over 3 years old, I can feel it running but gave it a few bangs anyway.
Any thoughts, just been for a run and it went up a few hills under hard acceleration with no dramas. My initial thought is low-pressure pump weak or failing. 2007 TDV8 VSE
