Front suspension strut torques

I’m going to be changing out my front suspension struts soon.

Could someone advise the torque values please.

Can’t seem to find them on here

I haven’t checked the WM.

As crazy as this sounds, I don’t have access to a pc.

I did try downloading to my iPhone but it doesn’t load up properly and scroll 2007 3.6 TDV8

You will see how tight they need to be when you try to undo them .

I finally managed to download the manual to my phone.

In case anyone else searches for help, here are the torques
