Overfinch Wheels

Hello

We got our new RR VSE in Dec and are over the moon with it ! It came with “standard” 21” wheels on it and have been considering some turbine style 707 22” but at £5k from the dealer of £2500-£3k from eBay. Thought I would have a look at Overfinch........they currently have “offers” on and have a couple of nice 23” styles at just over £4K with tyres and a full warranty. Is this a good price ?

Am I going to look at complete chav? 😂😂
Are Overfinch wheels any good?

Any experience guys?

Probably looking at running the Overfinch with the Toyo tyres as summers and put the standards on winters ?

Cheers

I think you’ll regret putting such large wheels on the Range Rover as the ride will probably suffer.

I’m sure there will be plenty of others along soon to give you their insights into large wheels. ______________________________

I'd personally stick with genuine 22" turbines, with the standard 275/40/22 tyres fitted I find them to be fine in normal use.

If you watch ebay closely, you can pick up a set of four 'take off's' with tyres for c£2k. I picked a set up last weekend from an ebay seller for £1,900 cash on collection, pretty much brand new and these are the AB black pack version with black inners / dark grey spokes.

Overfinch wheels without the rest of the kit isn't a good look, in my view.

Yes & Yes Laughing

As above, they really suit the full treatment & I'd agree that they look a little out of place on their own.

Cheers Guys

Never ever modded any car I have had, don’t know what the urge is with this one. Coming from an X40d M sport X5 anything is an improvement!

I think I may be a new age chav 😂👍👍

In case you haven't spotted them, a forum member is selling a set of 22" Turbines:

http://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic46700.html What do I put here then?

did you not rate the X5 then?

I've currently got a 17 plate 40d and a 2012 4.4 TDV8 Overfinch and the Range Rover feels like the cutty sark in comparison!!!

We’ve had lots of BMW’s and it was a quick car, but the ride on those wheels was shocking. After the FF I can’t see me returning to BMW. IMO they are the next class up in every way. Don’t know about reliability as yet !!! Thumbs Up
