After 6 years and 130L miles im thinking of getting rid of my 2002 4.4 V8 LPG, what are the thoughts on 3.8 and 4.4 TDV8. Do any have an inherent problem? Which is more tuneable? Anything to look out for on 2010-12 cars. Thanks guys One day your life will flash before your eyes......................................make sure yours is worth watching!

Just be careful if you do small and often journeys, as the DPF on the 4.4 might start to give you problems. Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

Thanks guys, I have a snap on diagnostic machine so can regen the dpf manually if needed. What is the highest spec? Is it the autobiography? Just missed one with brand new engine from RR done 2K miles, car showing 60 something for 20K. I need it for towing a shuttle with my GTR in so its a bit weighty and TDV8 grunt seems the sensible way to go.
