England 2002 Range Rover HSE 4.4 V8 Java Black
[For Sale] 2002 Java Black HSE - 4.4 V8

Change of work location and a more than doubling of my daily commute means my baby has to go in favour of something more economical.
It's a 2002 L322 HSE 4.4 Petrol, the current mileage is 140,000
MOT Is due early May but I will get that done prior to sale.

Java black with full grey leather interior.
I bought it from a dealer at about 73000 and he had just had a new gearbox fitted.

I've owned it for the past 9.5 years and in that time the only things that have gone wrong over all that time are;
Alternator - new one fitted £500
Battery - New one fitted Cant remember how much, about £150
A/C condenser unit - New one fitted £800 (ouch)

Its in good shape for the age and mileage, obviously a few minor surface scratches and stone chips but no dents or damage and its never let me down.
Majority of the miles are motorway cruising.
I have all the MOTs since I owned her and some before that.
2 keys
All logbooks manuals etc
Service History up to 71,000 since then my mechanic has done the usual checks, oil and filter changes at MOT time.

Only 2 faults I know of are;
1. The steering adjustment has stopped working, that's the up and down and the in and out function, the motors run but according to my mechanic its because the worm drive has become detached. Its never bothered me because Im tall so never adjust it, and when the Mrs drives it, she moves the seat forward rather than the steering wheel out.

2. There is a faulty sensor on the front wheel that pings the hydraulic suspension warning light on occasionally, usually on full lock when manoeuvring at slow speed, but only sometimes, not always.
It resets when the ignition is turned off an on, and the actual suspension lifts and drops as it should, so it is purely a sensor.
Its a nuisance rather than a problem, but I want to be as honest as I can.
If it wasn't for the fact I have an 86 mile round trip daily commute now, it wouldn't be up for sale.

Things I've changed for appearance really;
New sport style front grill
Rear light upgrade from the standard Red/Amber to the newer style.
Stainless steel Free Flow exhaust, professionally made rear system, lets just say if you like the V8 roar Cool it sounds a treat.

That's all I can think to put, any questions or whatever, please do message me.

I'm asking £3,500 ONO

Located in South Croydon

This is so tempting, not sure how the other half would react!

Mate, I can tell you pretty much anything about the car, but don't be asking me to guess how a woman reacts to anything Very Happy

I had her MOT'd last Saturday and she breezed it, no advisories.
