Now, if I posted up " lads I have these reversing light bulbs at £8.50 a pair. I will post them out to you directly." I could wait 3 days and then, if I had a way of getting your addresses, I could legally post them out and demand £8.50 wether you want them or not.
.

My guess is that’s more like “an invitation to treat.” Whistle

That said , if you posted them I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have to pay. Simply make them available for collection at your own expense...

I might even give you two times/days that suited me, and would say, you fail to collect on time, you forfeit them

That’s the line I would take, right or wrong. Ner Ner

Bill you have a fair point. I was trying to think of an example and didn't come up with a good one, but the point is valid. The OP was paying by Direct debit or Standing Order so they already had his money because he didn't stop them taking it so they didn't commit a crime. If you or I had helped ourselves to his money I think the police would be getting involved. 2007 Vogue TDV8 in Zermatt Silver with Charcoal

Both examples are ones of “possession is 9/10ths of the law” be that money or goods Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. My pet hate is the automatic renewal of insurance - all the companies do it and also have the nerve to tell me it is for my benefit.

that lawfulrebellion.org link talks about using it somehow against PCNs.

So Grofus, care to elaborate on how you know so much about this? I'll bet a very interesting story...
