OK. Resurrecting an old thread but since I've owned the car its been a pain in the ar*e to refuel. I've tried turning the pump handle upside down (and scratched the paintwork) as this seems to be the recommended option on here. I even thought new pumps are delivering to much pressure......things came to a head at the weekend whe nI gave up after £20 at our local BP garage. Lo and beholdwhen I got home I checked inside the neck of the fuel tack and, yes, the mis-fuel yellow gadget was activated. I have never put the wrong fuel in or the wrong pump so either this was activated before I picked the car up fromnthe main dealer or its activated itself.

you'd be better of asking this question in the L322 'maintenance and mods' section rather than here in the wheels section. ... - .- -.
