2008 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Stornoway Grey
flip key

I obtained a new flip key from main dealer today and have went through the procedure for pairing it to the vehicle and it unlocks and locks the motor but will turn the ignition lights on but will not start it. Sorry if this has been asked before.
2008 3.6 V8....just upgraded from a 3.0 td. Many thanks

Possibly a faulty key. I had a new key supplied by main dealer anfd it just would not work. Tried over and over to pair it. Took it to 2 different LR indy's and neither could sort it. The key was duff. Main dealer ordered another key and sorted it in half an hour.
TBH, if I need a new key again. I will just let them do it. Just my ecperience of it.
Take it back to any LR main dealer and they will sort it. 2007 Vogue TDV8 in Zermatt Silver with Charcoal
