I once drove down to Morzine in the worst snow in years (2011) and my 2002 td6 L322 took it all in its stride. I drove 11 hours straight (except for one fuel stop) and then got out and skied for a whole day.

Thanks vogue. It was my very first FFRR and my favourite (except for the agricultural engine). Bought her unseen from a car auction in 2009 for £11,000 and she was the most comfortable drive and seats and never had one thing go wrong in nearly 3 years. Never changed a thing on her. All original. Sold it to a mucker in the gunners (not the football type) and she was still going strong with nearly 150,000 miles on her and original gearbox. |
