Main dealers sales obligations to JLR

Hi

I assume dealers have an obligation to move x number of cars, do they have that split into baby rr , beckham rr/ ffrr . And indeed sub split into 3l or 4L or hybrid engines???

Or are Cars all on allocation and the dealers are gagging for more supplies...?

Bill Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc

He who dies with the most toys wins...

I believe they commit to allocations by model, but engine/specs are open albeit with some engines/specs restricted eg SVR or anything that might have limited supply. Some of this commitment comes in the shape of immediate orders (showroom cars, demonstrators, staff cars) others are orders they need to place in a given timeframe and some might be commitments to take pre-built stock depending on manufacturing gluts. They can exceed their allocation by jiggery-pokery within the dealer network or the manufacturer increasing production. If they somehow miss their allocation there are financial penalties meaning they’re more likely to place orders and then discount the sales.
