Steering wheel volume control fault

Hi
I’m new to the forum. I have a FFRR Vogue MY2012. The Steering wheel volume control raises and lowers the volume but changes the radio station at the same time, which I’m sure can’t be correct. Any thoughts on what it could be?
Thanks

Welcome!
That's pretty annoying!
Try a battery reset which can often clear little gremlins.
Use the search ^^

Good luck,
Greg Cheers, Greg

big fingers?

try changing the volume with the edge of the d-pad, if the station still changes then the d-pad is faulty... ... - .- -.

Yep thought of that but have been very deliberate in the process and ruled that one out. Thanks

Things haven't changed then, my 2004 has exactly the same fault albeit on an intermittent basis. Thumbs Up
