Suspension sitting lower on one corner. No fault messages

Hi all,
My '08 L322 TDV8 has a definite slant towards the drivers side. The diagram on the 4x4 screen even shows the osr wheel sitting higher than the rest. I don't have any error messages displayed although occasionally (but not all the time) the car will lower itself overnight - this is normally when its not been used much so I just figured it was a low battery.

I don't suppose anyone has any ideas of how to get the old girl to sit level. It drives fine (although I feel like I'm on a wonk but that may be just placebo) and as I said, there are no error messages. It's just annoying!

Thanks in advance
Dan

Thanks, doesn't appear to be damaged although they're a lot flimsier than I expected, I thought they'd be metal :S Should the four markers on the display all be at the same height when level?

Measure from centre of wheel to wheel arch fronts should be the same and back should be the same but from memory 10mm lower loads on here also someone put a table with the distances from wheel centre and wheel base to arch very useful
