Hi ffrr, i’m having problems with my 2003 td6.
When i drive the car sometimes the hdc inactive air suspension inactive and abs lights come on the abs cuts in whilst driving and the car begins to brake with the brake pressure rising. I’ve plugged the car in to a abs obd reader and fault code given is PRESSURE SENSOR OFFSET
I still get a reading from the pressure sensor. I’m kinda thinking the precharge pump isn’t cutting off some how?
So far i’ve replaced the abs module, brake light switch and had a new battery fitted.
As silly as it sounds if all the tyre pressures arn’t checked adjusted daily it seems to happen more

Someone else has had exactly this. Do a search on here and you should find it easily enough.

I’ve been searching through but all i can find is threads with no answers to the fault 🤔

Hi mate, this shows corrosion at the multiplug, mine looks okay and i have replaced the abs pump also already.
