First thing to check are the 4 short rubber hose .

Checked all previous recommendations ie hoses etc. As commented previously all were replaced. Checked MAP sensor and found to be very badly contaminated and blocked. Will replace sensor unit and clean inside {dougnut} air intake, when I obtain parts.

The sounds as though the secondary inlet isolation valve is sticking. An improved version of the valve was fitted from early in 2012. |

The valve gives an error code when it fails, but sorry I don’t know it.
