yeah I got one of the retractable net thingys with mine, been in the shed for the past 3 years as this is also a pain if you need to put the back seats down and use the full load space haha.

But Stuart, if you have a roller blind version then how would you do the mod to attach an umbrella to the bottom of it like you can with the solid one? You know that mod is a necessity! Rolling with laughter Dan

If anyone has a beige/parchment roller luggage net that they are not using and the fixings I would be interested in purchasing one Thumbs Up

Mine has been gathering dust in the garage for the last 4 1/2 years. Things in the rear generally go unnoticed because of privacy glass! Previous cars:
S-Max 2007-2013 (only diesel I've had, good car but expensive when diesely bits go wrong, so what's the point?)
Galaxy 2001-2007

Sierra Estate 1993-1997
Uno Turbo 1987 -1993

If you have all the bits for it and it is the right colour I would take it off your hands? Alex

my SC came with no rear shelf and as stated above the privacy glass hid any items in there, in fact it was convenient to be able to put 'things' straight in without pushing the parcel shelf back..... ... - .- -.

Never, ever put anything on the rear shelf without a dog guard fitted.

The reason is that if you hit something at any sort of speed, whatever is on the shelf is going to continue at that speed and hit you (or your passengers) in the back of the head.

Sorry Alex, it'll be with the vehicle when the day (a while yet) comes to sell it on! Previous cars:

The roller nets are usually available on eBay - search for Range Rover Dog Net - or similar and you’ll find a few - clearly the condition will vary and some will be without fixings, but there’s usually a few knocking around.

My shelf resides permanently in the loft due to having two large dogs that have to get in the boot. 2004 Vogue TD6 - Remapped Smile
