Hi

Scratching my head at the minuite. Behind the RRC front grille and forward of the rad there are two diagonal cross brace bars. They are tube section with flattened and bolted ends. They rise from an outer position just inward of the inner wing box section up towards the bonnect catch. Mine have rotted away and I have made two new ones. I can see where they fix at the base but for the life of me I cant get the upper hole to engage with anything.

Does anyone now where the upper hole fits? There are two bolts locating the bonnect catch female but my bars dont seem to want to locate to under these thread positions. I have made my new ones based an an existing one which was rotted and had fell off so I cant see where it was attached.

Any assistance woud be appreciated.

Ive just gone to look at mine for you and they fit to the underside of the striker cap... 10mm bolt either side
