TDV8 4.4 EGR delete

As title , has anyone successfully managed it yet , I know loads of 3.6's have been done and last time I checked it wasn't possible on the 4.4 .

Australia 2010 Range Rover Autobiography TDV8 Buckingham Blue

Australian spec 4.4 TdV8's don't have a DPF ! Many here would like to do the delete if it was possible; and safe to do it !!!

I think now an egr delete is an MOT fail after the new regs came in last spring? Bish.
