My rear hoses have not failed yet, but there is corrosion on the metal pipework, to date treated by the dealer by coating with waxoyl, my 2004 car failed its MOT on brake hoses and they were replaced at maybe 80,000 miles. Only Range Rovers since 1988 |

Bear in mind the fronts were the subject of a recal on some years, worth checking as LR should do them for free There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Corrosion will be from the outside!! and their failure is indicative of problems that may be elsewhere also.
