Alistair how longs the drive from UK? Poss next year will take the wife and kids... I’m assuming that you go Rouen lemans Bordeaux, Toulouse, aix en thermes etc. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

We did Paris - Orleans - Limoges - Toulouse and was about 11 hours from the tunnel, but we had an overnight stop just north of Toulouse.

Bordeaux was showing as about 90 mins longer, but I guess it depends on what time of day you hit Paris

sorry did not get back to you yes that's the route to get Andorra ,warning you will need snow chains once got stuck for two days. after that flying to Toulouse then asked tour bus take us there cant remember how much two and half hours on bus to get there.

Chains are always a good idea In the mountains, but I rate winter tyres higher - the issues are with the idiots without either who effectively block the way for everyone else.

The road on the French side is far steeper and twister than the Spanish side, which is actually quite a nice gentle run in and free from hairpin bends.
