2005 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Tonga Green
superchips uk on a 2005 4.4 v8?

just a simple question

cost is £399 fitted and gives 12bhp increase etc etc

anyone had it done and if so any observations?

thanks in anticipation

any suggestions on alternatives very welcome

Seems slot of money consideing you only get a small increase in power. Plus the 4.4 v8 is no slouch anyway Smile FFRR TD6 HSE

To be honest, I doubt you'd notice any difference on the road given that power to weight won't have really changed. As said, the 4.4 seems pretty brisk anyway given the weight and power output.

Save your £399 and buy a hooker instead*

you can barely notice 12bhp on a 750Kg Lotus Elise, let alone a 2.5 ton RR ...you wont tell any difference other thank in your wallet...and I bet it only makes the 12bhp extra if you run on 98 RON all the time anyway

turbo diesel tuning is much easier - with remaps adding 40-50bhp they are worth it....but aspirated engine tuning is a different ball game, rarely is a remap worth it, without doing a whole host of other mods first cheers
