2010 RR 4.4 diesel fuel pump system failure warning

Help please guys. Fuel gauge showed just under 1/4 tank and range showed 58 miles.Drive about 200 yards, low fuel warning cane on and then after 2.5 miles gauge was nearly empty and range 24 miles.filled up (90 quid) gauge not moved and now showing 0 miles and empty. 500 yards drive and fuel pump system failure yellow warning appears. Drive home and after about 2 miles could feel juddering. Any ideas please?
