United Kingdom 2009 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Zermatt Silver
Dipping my toe into the water.......

Hello all, this is my 1st post. I have been reading through various treads regarding FFRR ownership and have decided this is the car for me!

I am looking to spend about £40k on a 3.6 TDV8, I guess I'm looking at late 07 early 08 with mileage of about 35-40k.

What I was wanting to know is whether I should aim for a Vogue SE over a Vogue but I'm not too sure what the major differences are. My wife wanted DVD's in the rear, but that may have been a cost option on both models?

Any info is greatly appreciated.

Regards Richard

ps forum is great.

There are differences between the 2 (don't ask me what) but there is, so I would be looking at an SE. There's one or two on here at the moment for a little bit over £40k but definitely worth it - http://www.garyelliott.co.uk/prestige_cars...index.html

The owner is a member on here and as Greg says the previous owner also a member Thumbs Up

It depends what you want the car for.

If you have young kids avoid the Vogue SE as the seats are perforated and are a Censored to get mess out of, the regular Vogue seats are easier to clean chocolate etc.. off.
Or get a seat of seat covers. Thumbs Up

Otherwise, you just get a few more toys to play with on the V SE.

The seats are perforated because they are cooled.
You also get some nicer trim bits, cornering lights, auto-dimming wing mirrors etc...
(worth 2 or 3k more in my experience having had both)

Having Rear Screen's on mine have been good i have to say , but then again my youngest was 6 at the time , granted now and again she will still watch DVD's on them if going on a long journey or play games thru them ....

Plus as Fox says you get a few more toys in the Vogue SE , But bear in mind certain later models altho Vogue SE's never came with Rear Screen's ......... Thumbs Up
