England 2007 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Cairns Blue

I replaced the Nokia unit on my 2006 facelift car with the same later unit as you.
It all worked fine on our car with my Android phone finding the LANDROVER Bluetooth signal immediately.

I'm not sure if there are any diagnostics available that will check if the BT unit is working - otherwise it might be a case of swopping yours with a known working unit to check if the problem is the car or the unit.

PS Where in the Midlands are you ? I'm just South of Solihull Paul,

United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover HSE Td6 Giverny Green

Hi Paul thanks for the prompt reply.
I'm in the Dudley area but pop over to the Solihull area quite a lot to visit friends etc. I'm not aware of any easy diagnostics to check the module either so am just relying on the sellers description of it being in 'excellent working condition'.
Will check my wiring connections again and give it another go in the meantime.

Thank you

Just thought I'd give an update on the status of my issue now it's working OK.

I re checked my wiring it all looked OK, with 12V going to the new module. When the new module is connected up the rest of the system features work, such as the radio CD Nav etc, and when the electrical connection is removed nothing does, so I took it that the new module was being powered up OK but there was still no sign of Bluetooth activity.

Whilst in 'clutching at straws mode' I decided to resort to the old failsafe of doing a battery reset, so disconnected the vehicle battery for about 20mins or so, just in case the whole system needed to boot up from scratch with the new module fitted in order to recognise it, or something.

Subsequently when scanning for Bluetooth on my phone the Land Rover module was visible, and after pairing the phone the vehicle screen populated with my address book etc and it is possible to make calls etc. Happy days.

Thank you Paul for your support and confirmation that the new unit I had should work successfully on my L322.

Now to get the Venture Cam working again......
