auto lights

Evening all, just noticed my auto lights & wipers are no longer auto, theres nothing blocking the pickup in the mirror, use the light switch every thing works as it should as do the wipers, any ideas please?

The eye that controls both is located in the small black box the rear view mirror attaches to on our 2008 and 2011. May want to check it.
