AKIS, you may wanna try putting 1/2 liter of 2T oil in a full tank of diesel. it lubricates injectors and pumps. First time I used

Injectors leak test has been done and not any problem appeared.Engine still cut off at arnd 4k and recovering if i l let accelerator pedal fr few seconds.I am with opinion that this happens only when engine in normal temp with temp gauge at 12o'clock.

I had the same as you and it was the pump. Even though I had done less than a months driving with the new one ! Fitted another and all back to normal. |

Thanks mercs600.This is what i am also suspecting.I just bought a cheaper one for testing.If problem will be solved then i will return the "PIERBURG"back order they replace it as still under guarantee

I found this the other day while searching around trying to get some help with my TD6 injector issue, have you had it on any diagnostic kit? The thread below is long but his problem was a wiring issue that only manifested itself when car was at normal temperature.

Thanks guys.Problem solved.I replaced the already replaced secondary pump and all in order now.
