Well done Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

If you're going to replace the loom section, please do share pics, links, prices etc.

In terms of your grommet you might get a year or two out or it so up to you - as you've seen those res are brittle so could go in another place which supports your logic of replacing the loom.

Happy to help, all the info was here if you dig a bit - but it's also always a boost when you're tackling something new as I have done myself and had others chime in to help.

Some think the ride is choppy while the fault was active.

Anyway, enjoy your successful fix mate! If only all RR fixes were that easy huh?

Greg. Cheers, Greg

Easy Greg.....felt like the fecking krypton factor 😂😂 only joking mate, was indeed simple and once again thanks. If I send for the looms then I certainly will have a go at picturing and posting mate. Wld u believe it, my nsf window stopped working this morning and I’ve fixed that too 👍🏻 Found a little reset procedure online that worked too. Happy days. Thank you to everyone who posts help on these forums.

Evil or Very Mad
Mine has come up today, so looks like a job for the weekend if the weather stays calm Rolling with laughter like that will happen.

Well decided as the snow/rain/wind is coming in, decided to do it tonight. Took a whole 10 mins and that included finding my bits to get the top off Smile

Yet again the forum has saved me from the wife having a moan about my choice of car Smile

Don’t let anyone tell you that FF’s aren’t vindictive!!!
B.B. is always garaged overnight, except the last couple of nights whilst we have been away and it has been parked outside on the Hotel carpark in temperatures well below freezing and snow showers.

Set off home this morning and within 100 yards, “ Adaptive suspension alarm “.

At least it started OK and I used the defrost button to clear all the windows, but I guess I will be out with the soldering iron as soon as it stops snowing. 😂😂 G reg 2.5VM Vogue Portofino red 1991- 1999

Typical, the postman has just delivered a pack of shrinkdown sleeves now I have finished the repair by taping it up, but I will be making a couple of short replacement harnesses when the weather improves.
If anyone wants one once I have posted the finished picture, I will be happy to stick them a couple in the post.
I have got enough shrinkdowns to make them for anyone 👍👍

Cheers

Nino,
I am blaming the very cold weather for the sudden outbreak of “Adaptive Dynamic “ faults.
It has shot to the top of my list🤔🤔.

Happy Christmas

Mine is definitely old. (2011) Both sides have been repaired at least once before I bought it.
I have just done 2nd repair on LH side.

Nino’s is a 2012 ?

The answer is probably in LTB00416v3.
At least it’s easy to fix.
I am going to make myself 2 new looms when it warms up a bit.
