OK so yesterday I collected my Fatty after being without it for about 6weeks due to gearbox failure. Did the 250km trip home with no issues feeling the Joy of having the Fatty back. Went out with the Mrs today, did a couple of errands & then back home. An hour later I went out to run another errand & guess what, the old girl wouldn't start! OK so I plugs in the iiD Tool and get low fuel pressure. So onto the forum & find secondary fuel pump - bash it with a spanner, so bash it I did & hey we're going again. New pump now ordered but do I use it in the meantime? it could be a week or two before I get the pump being in the land of Garlic & Frogs, I just don't want to be without it any longer. |

I used to get most of my parts from Ducky Dan and generally parts arrived here in the south of France just 2 days after ordering. Generally the best prices too.

Thanks for the heads up bébéchoon. The pump is already ordered but if I think on I'll give Dan a try next time. |
