My TDV8 is approaching 150,000 miles and apart from regular oil changes(diffs as well) she's had a drop link, battery and top turbo hose in the last two years since I bought it with 140,000 miles. So, not a huge sum of money. Car is on 08 plate. I do appreciate that the actual miles I've done aren't huge

I've been right over my car and it's corroding all over. If you remove the wheel arch liners and sill liners and have a good look you'll probably find it's not just confined to the rear wheel arches. Sub frames on mine are also bad.

Mine's a 2002 with 150k miles on it, and I've seen similar stories on other RR's of similar age. As soon as I find a suitable replacement it will be going on Swiss ebay without a reserve. It's been a really good car and it's a shame I have to replace it but I worry about its safety and reliability. No way would I be looking to buy one that age unless it was priced to only use for a year or two.
