Personally I wouldn't bother taking them if it was only for two years. If you wanted to keep them I would look at long term storage where they can start the car and check it over on a regular basis and they could even get it serviced for you.

I'm fairly certain that 2 years will be just a start. Certainly if I find a job in my industry, it will be for a much longer term. Also, we probably won't come back to the UK, more likely move on to Canada or USA.

search the 'region specific' section...theres some that have exported to australia etc and those threads should give you an idea whats involved.. ... - .- -.

Dunno about the Caribbean but vehicles coming to Oz need to be scrupulously clean underneath - no mud, grass, seeds, etc. If it's been a farm, even more so.
