i'm pretty sure the top vent lifts out easily so maybe an inspection of whats in the 'hole' could determine if some kind of framework can be screwed/bolted in there.. ... - .- -.

If it were me I'd try and get it landscape in front of the touchscreen. Most of the hifi stuff can be done via the steering wheel and it might look less out of place, as it were..... iPad mini might fit even easier.....

Would something like this work? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/4-x-20mm-double-...0479428556 Using them to attach to existing screen? Probably better with earlier touch screen. Easily removed and no need for cutting or drilling. John

I did ponder some kind of suckers on the built in screen, but feared damaging it. Plus, I'm one of the few that actually uses the 4x4 functionality so would want quick access to that too... __
