on the 2012 westie with the hard drive sat nav, how do you get rid of the pop up that wants you to confirm whether you want its alternative route when there's slow traffic ahead...i never take that option and i get frustrated having to press 'no' every time....

I never used the TMC in mine and don't get any annoying pop-ups.

My preference is to use the Sat Nav screen for the north up map overview and use my phone with the 3D direction view, in a holder attached to an aircon vent, with google maps for navigation. Google traffic is real time and rerouting actually works. 2012 5.0L S/C

that's kinda what i do on long road trips...the FF's screen zoomed out for the route and north up and a small chinese nav mounted on the front vent....this little gem runs i go primo and also tells me when i'm over the speed limit which is very handy when abroad...
