The other day I went to replace Hi-beam bulb (H7) and the cover was SOB to take off, even menage to break off little fin on the cover.
finally after some time i was able to get the cover off. in the pic. you can see that there is space to insert some kind of tool for aiding the removal. not having factory one i made one myself using shelving bracket. shelving bracket has proper angle to fit snug in the pocket on the cover. so cutting off unnecessary metal i had my tool.
it is not often that one is replacing this bulbs but when you do this little tool will help.
