EGR delete

EGR's deleted but wow the its back to a lot slower and sluggish and a noisier FF! pulling away is like its 50% down on power as by just deleting the egr file and leaving the remap file but it cant keep the remap and the old performance, so i got him to put the original file back on that had the remap and egr all on and even the technician said it was like chalk and cheese when he tried it and tbh the love i get driving couldn't live with a standard drive so £250 saved at the minute unless i can find one that can keep the power map. _____________________________________________________

I had my egrs mapped out on my 07 tdv8 after a fault code pointed to one being faulty, can't say I've noticed any difference, it was done by JSF in Norwich. Having said that I've never driven a FF with a 'tuned' map

Ive had mine remapped (3.6) and egr turn off and performance most definitely increased. Extra surge really felt at gear changes. 2015 4.4 AB

Mine was 'sent away' by them to have the egrs switched off, best to give them a call they are very approachable and reasonably priced, will have your pants down on 'parts only' given the chance!!

Do you mind if I ask where?

Thinking of getting the TD6 done.

Cheers.

We are both in Norfolk though, hence one of our local experts.

I have been in contact with Ant from the above today.

He can do either an EGR delete or a remap and delete for a few quid more. So going to go and see him this week.

Very, very reasonable prices too. Porsche 911 (996)
