Alarm siren query

Gents I had my battery disconnected for some time having the passenger front airbag replaced and now have my siren alarm not the horn going off and was wondering if the back up battery recharges or if it could be failing ? It seems to be after it is alarmed for overnight not tested number of hours i.e. if it only goes of after so many after arming

Could just be unrelated - try disconnecting the bonnet button (top left corner of engine bay as you look at it from the front) see if that stops it? .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink
