Auto stability control unit- replacement

TDV8 2009 ASC unit needs replacing.

The auto stability controller at the rear of my Rangy is spewing oil. It is not the hoses- The actual piston or ram is passing fluid. Is this a body off Job to replace or can this be done on a ramp.

Any ideas on price or part number would be also very helpful I cannot find on on ebay
