Driver side window noise

When I raise the driver side window it makes 4 little rubbing noises. Only when raising not lowering. Was wondering if there was an easy way to get some lube in without removing door card. Thanks!

Had a similar problem on a previous car, the Mercedes dealer spayed silicone lubricant on the felt track. It world a treat.
