Hi, I have just come from 12 year L322 autobiography to 13.5 L405 autobigraphy.

When I exit the car the seat drops back into the car for egress, like wise when I get in the car and start up the seat takes me to my memory position. This is driving me mad. I just want everything to stay where it is. My L322 gave me the option to turn this function off.

However I cant find an option in any of the vehicle settings. I have even looked in the manual however I can't see anything in there.

Does anyone know if I can do this in the 405?

Rotating the steering wheel adjustment knob on the rhs of the steering column a quarter turn should do it.

Funnily enough, I've just turned mine back on - can't decide if I like it or not.
