I see your car is a 2005, would you be able to confirm the last 8 digits of your VIN as there are two different ones listed on the Microcat.
The first one, up to VIN 4A999999 is part XUI000030 ... It's located on the boot lid under the spoiler, as per this picture. I've actually got one on my car, I don't know if it works or not but my car doesn't have GPS fitted its a replacement boot lid if you want to try it?
The second type, from VIN 5A000001 is XUI000120, I'm not sure of the location of this unfortunately but it is shown in the diagram below: (10E893)
Not sure about a repair kit, but I expect eBay would be your best bet, just have a search using the part number XUIxxxxxx
