I too did a bit of research and I found much the same as John (Weegie).
OK, I found a couple of similar products: Vlube Saver GPL Lubrifiant soupapes, Marly C Additif GPL pour Top Oiler et Flash Lube and Borlube … but there again retailers of these also seem to be very thin on the ground.
Apart from Amazon.fr who apparently have it in stock, it seems you might need to find a GPL specialist/installer. I haven’t found any less than an hour away from Sarlat but if it’s any help there’s a list of installers in the Dordogne – including John’s suggestion above – on https://www.pagesjaunes.fr/recherche/depar...lateur-gpl (first 4 names only).
If you’re moving on, you could try replacing the ‘24’ (= Dordogne) with the relevant département number for where you’re going next.
Also http://www.roulezaugpl.fr/equipement-gpl.php gives a list of GPL installers by region, albeit only covering the S of France.
Probably of not much help, sorry!

It's "bébéchoon", ackcherly, with accents. 'Steve' to my chums.
20 years ownership of Solihull products, ALL GONE NOW, sniff!
Current motor: Suzuki S-Cross 4WD auto, 1.4 petrol. Oh so reliable! 7 years now and no problems. Oh, all right then, a leaking shocker replaced under guarantee.
